Paul handled walk throughs, set up inspectors and other vendors that operated with total customer focus. I never had any difficulty getting hold of either Paul or Sally. We were ready to move up from our “starter” home when we contacted Paul and Sally. Sally helped us find a great location that matched everything we wanted in our dream home. After showing us the home, Sally put in our bid. The bid was quickly accepted; however the seller was very difficult to deal with. We listed on a Thursday night. By the Monday, the sign was up and flyers with beautiful pictures were in the box on the side of the signage. On Tuesday, as Sally held an open house, we received an offer which led (within a couple of days) to a sale. Unbelievable in itself in this market, but it got even better!

The buyer wanted a few things fixed and Kay and I were swamped with our business. I don't know if Paul wants to advertise this or not (Take it out if you don't, Paul), but he is quite the handyman! To ensure everything went smoothly, he jumped right in and got several little jobs taken care of himself, instead of making one of us take time from our business to wait for service people to meet with us.

Besides doing a great job in selling our home, we have known Paul and Sally personally for many years. (This was our first business venture with them.)
