We are Paul & Sally Wexler, full time Realtors specializing in Summerlin and Las Vegas, and Henderson Nevada. Paul and Sally moved to Las Vegas several years ago from southern California and feel Las Vegas is the best city in the country to live, work, retire, or raise a family. They live a full life and enjoy traveling, dining out, going to various cultural events as well as managing their growing real estate business. They are active in community affairs, local politics, their church and they belong to groups such as the Rotary Club, The Assistance League, Le Tip, the Board of Realtors, and the Chamber of Commerce. Paul is also Vice President of his homeowners association.

Paul and Sally are supporters and friends of a host of political leaders both Democrat and Republican, from Mayor Oscar Goodman (D), to City Councilman Larry Brown (D) and to State Senator Bob Beers (R), one of the states most powerful and respected legislators. "It is very exciting and nothing like this ever happened in California", says Paul.

Before coming to Vegas One Realty, Paul and Sally were with some of the biggest Agencies in Las Vegas where they were multi-million dollar producers. They found that the big companies were full of hype and passed too many junk fees on to their clients at closing. The big companies also took a big chunk of their commissions. So they opted to move to a small company for highly experienced agents who don't need a lot of support, where there were no fees and where they could keep 100% of their commissions and still have access to all the resources available to Realtors. Currently they are both studying for their Nevada brokers license.

Paul and Sally have a personal philosophy of "Service Above Self". That is they are constantly giving back to the community and their clients. They try to always go the "Extra Mile" to make sure their clients' experience is a happy one. Can't reach your Realtor? Paul and Sally keep their phones on all the time and are usually reachable nights and weekends. Every month they keep in touch with all their past clients by publishing a newsletter called, you guessed it, "The Extra Mile". Not only are they around and involved months after a sale, but they routinely provide value by keeping their clients updated as to current market conditions and also have a large client services network of vendors and service providers who can do just about anything. "We're always glad to recommend a contractor, doctor or dry cleaner who delivers the best service available at reasonable prices. If you would like to be put on the list, just let them know.

Paul and Sally are Animal Lovers

Paul and Sally are devoted to their three dogs, Molly, Milo and Duffy. Molly (12)and Milo (3) are Maltese and Duffy (3) is a Lhasa Apso, or at least they think so; he's kind of big. They also have a cat, Mr. Beets, whose one of those friendly cats who comes like a dog when he's called. Everyone gets along well and they are one big happy family

Paul and Sally rescued Mr. Beets who was living under a car in the worst part of town. It took him about three days to come out from under the bed, but since then he has been an integral part of their family. He's very affectionate and loving and he and the two boys play like they were all the same species
